Sharjah Football Club announced today that it has signed a partnership agreement with Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB) to sponsor the first football team of the club during the current sporting season 2019-2020. As of the team's next match against Fujairah next Saturday in the sixth round of the Arabian Gulf Cup, while the Chairman of the Sharjah Investment and Marketing Club Company Ibrahim Mohammed Al-Jarwan during the conference expressed his happiness with this agreement with a bank described as a pioneer The UAE, pointing out that the distinctive results of the various club teams helped the company a lot in getting sponsors such as Sharjah Airport Authority National Paints, considering that such partnerships go back to the club sponsors and the parties desired benefit.

Al Jarwan said at the press conference: "The first team of the club will wear shirts with the logo of the bank as of the team's upcoming match with Fujairah in the Arabian Gulf Cup."

Al-Jarwan stressed that although the club has been paid as a result of this agreement with the Sharjah Islamic Bank on the sums of money rewarding, but their goal is not material return, but the existence of cohesion and meaningful care of all parties to society.
For his part, Chairman of Corporate Excellence at Sharjah Islamic Bank Jassim Al Balushi expressed his happiness with this partnership with a club such as Sharjah, one of the oldest clubs in the UAE and the Gulf and is currently leading the standings of the Arabian Gulf League teams. It will be in the interest of both parties the bank and the club, stressing that he hopes that this agreement will be good for the team to win the title of the UAE league for the second season in a row.
