December 12, 2019 "Loose, unlikely and in most points poorly plausible". This is how the magistrate of Rome judges the statements made by Anastasiya Kylemnyk, the 25-year-old Ukrainian girlfriend of Luca Sacchi, the personal trainer killed on the evening of October 23rd last in front of the John Cabot Pub with a pistol shot to the head. The investigating judge therefore rejected the request for revocation of the measure of the obligation to sign submitted by the defender at the end of the questioning carried out on 4 December last. For the judge Costantino De Robbio the declarations of Anastasiya "appear completely unsuitable to damage the circumstantial picture" and arrive from a subject "interested and not obliged to answer saying the truth".

Under arrest, De Propris' father, second prosecutor, had a weapon used for murder
The position of one of the suspects in the Luca Sacchi murder investigation is worsening. The investigating judge of Rome has notified a provision of custody in prison to Armando De Propris, Marcello's father, the young man from San Basilio who gave the weapon to Valerio Del Grosso, the author of the shot. To the man, in prison for possession of drugs, the prosecutors dispute the illegal detention of the 38 caliber pistol, never found, used by Del Grosso. For the investigating judge "the investigative hypothesis is that the weapon supplied by Marcello De Propris to Del Grosso was given to the first by his father".
