Ryaboshapka said when he would present Poroshenko with a suspicion of crimes

According to him, this will happen when there is enough evidence for this.

“When the investigators decide that there is enough evidence, the prosecutors will agree with them, say that the suspicion is justified, then we will see materials that will go to the Verkhovna Rada with the removal of immunity,” he said.

At the same time, Ryaboshapka refused to answer a clarifying question about when exactly this could happen.

Earlier, lawyer Igor Golovan, representing Poroshenko’s interests, said there were no personally open criminal cases against the former Ukrainian leader.
