According to him, the Russian side is ready to provide rockets so that Ankara can launch its spacecraft.

“Moreover, this is optional and does not even need to be done from Turkish territory. Instead, we could make a project in three countries and take advantage of the unique infrastructure of Baikonur, ”Rogozin said in an interview with Anadolu.

He noted that the participants in such a project would be Turkey as the launch organizer, Russia, which provides assistance in technology transfer, and Kazakhstan, which provides a “unique space port”.

The head of the corporation considers this a good prospect.

In late August, Rogozin invited the Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan to organize the sending of the Turkish astronaut to the ISS.
