“The emergency mode has not been lifted, but residents have access,” he said.

The official noted that people can already be settled in their homes.

Earlier, authorities extended the emergency mode in the village of Kamenka until August 13.

On August 5, a series of explosions occurred at a military warehouse in the Achinsk region. On August 9, explosions resumed due to lightning.
