The portal aims to enable citizens to keep pace with the requirements of the labor market and its functional needs in targeted sectors, within the framework of implementing the Emiratization Resolutions package issued a while ago by the Council of Ministers.
The Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, Chairman of the Emiratisation Committee, Nasser bin Thani Al Hamli, appreciated the support of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan through his chairmanship of the Committee for Follow-up and Implementation of “New Season Letters” for the integrated efforts made to implement the Emiratization Resolutions Package, according to which the “National Training Portal” crystallized That contribute significantly to providing the labor market with trained and qualified national talent. "
He said, "The portal is considered an innovative platform to enable citizens to have jobs in the labor market, as the ministry has been keen to develop its partnership with higher technical colleges to design and implement programs that will train and qualify national human resources, in line with the requirements of the jobs available to institutions and companies operating in the targeted sectors, It is always looking for competencies and expertise to fill these jobs, especially in light of a competitive work environment that requires self-proof, competence and excellence in performing the required job tasks. "
He called on male and female citizens to take advantage of the support provided by the "National Training Portal" to enable them to achieve their career aspirations.

The portal provides various specialized training programs and diplomas, and other skillful skills in line with job requirements in the areas of human resources, retail, sales, insurance, real estate, property management, information technology, financial and banking services, customer service and public relations, as well as airport and support services.
The portal also provides technical programs in the fields of aircraft maintenance, electrical and mechanical engineering and in the oil and gas field.
The duration of the offered programs ranges between 3-6 months, according to which the trainee obtains a certificate issued by the training centers accredited by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
The signing ceremony for the memorandum of cooperation was held recently in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, in the presence of Minister Nasser bin Thani Al Hamli and members and representatives of members of the Emiratisation committee that includes the general secretaries of the executive councils in the Emirates.
