During the first day of trial against the murdered woman, it was Chamber Prosecutor Robert Beckard who had the floor. In his case, he explained the course of events. A major focus was on what had been said to healthcare personnel in the municipality and NU healthcare after the first attempted murder and suicide.
"The man wanted to die himself, so she helped him," says the woman's defense lawyer Tommy Nilsson.
"You can't agree to be killed by another person," says Prosecutor Robert Beckard.
