A 33-year - old woman from Callosa d'en Sarrià (Alicante) arrested for allegedly murdering a sentimental partner in a fight in the back, a 30-year-old man who has been in hospital for three days , has admitted to provisional prison without bail.
According to the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community (TSJCV), this has been agreed by the head of the Court of First Instance and Instruction number 3 of Villajoyosa, on duty, after taking a statement.
The judge has decreed the provisional prison, communicated and without bail within an open cause for the crimes of homicide in degree of attempt and injuries , without prejudice to a subsequent qualification.
The events occurred last Sunday in Callosa d'en Sarrià and were discovered because the victim, Spanish as well as the alleged aggressor, went to the Emergency Department of the Villajoyosa Hospital on the grounds that a knife had been stuck in his back in a domestic accident .
The Civil Guard investigated the facts and discovered that the injury was caused by his partner in the course of a fight , so he was arrested for an alleged crime of attempted murder.
The man has spent 72 hours in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Villajoyosa hospital before moving to the plant.
