Portugal, the defending champion, qualified for the Euro-2020 football after winning Sunday 2-0 in Luxembourg thanks to a goal by Cristiano Ronaldo, who scored his 99th goal in selection a few minutes before the final whistle.
Forced to win to qualify, Portugal has risen to the challenge thanks once again to "CR7" (164 caps), which is a little closer to the world record held by the Iranian Ali Daei (109 goals).
