The Irish Police arrested on Saturday in the port of Dublin a Norwegian wanted by the security forces of Essex (East of England) in connection with investigations into the 39 dead found in a refrigerated truck in an industrial estate in the United Kingdom last Wednesday. In addition, the British Police reported the crimes charged to the driver of the vehicle in which the bodies were found: 39 charges of involuntary manslaughter, conspiracy for human trafficking and for illegal immigration and money laundering .

La Garda (Police of Ireland) reported in a statement on the arrest of that man, "who is in his twenties," and that he joins the other four detainees for their alleged involvement in the deaths of 31 men and 8 women.

The bodies appeared locked in the early morning of Wednesday in the refrigerated chamber of a truck parked in an industrial complex in the English town of Grays, in Essex.

The first detainee was the driver of the cab of the truck, a 25-year-old young Irishman, arrested last Wednesday on suspicion of murder. This Saturday the British Police informed through a statement that Maurice Robinson will face 39 charges of involuntary manslaughter and must respond to three others: conspiracy for human trafficking and for illegal immigration and money laundering.

Agents on Friday arrested a man and a woman from the town of Warrington, both 38, for their alleged involvement in crimes of "homicide" and "conspiracy to traffic people."

The other arrested is a 48-year-old man from Northern Ireland, also captured Friday at Stansted Airport (London) as a suspect in "conspiracy to smuggle and kill people," police confirmed.

Agents are studying possible links to human trafficking mafias and it is believed that there could be citizens of Vietnam among the victims , without ruling out other nationalities.
