The case concerned the proceedings against the enterprises responsible for the construction of Nord Stream 2.

Nord Steam 2 commented on this decision of the Polish side, noting that “the statements of the Polish antitrust authority are not related to the implementation of the Nord Stream 2 project, and the implementation of the project is“ based on compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. ”
