New indictment for Russian artist Piotr Pavlenski. The activist, already prosecuted in the case of the intimate videos of Benjamin Griveaux, was indicted on Tuesday for "aggravated violence" during a brawl on New Year's Eve. He was left free under judicial supervision, a announced his lawyer.

"Mr. Pavlenski was indicted for aggravated violence, the investigating magistrate decided to place Mr. Pavlenski under judicial control by not following the requisitions of the public prosecutor, who requested detention," said Mr. Yassine Bouzrou after hearing his client at the courthouse.
