In the last trial, the district court dismissed the charges of serious drug crime and abuse in the case. The 23-year-old was first arrested in his absence and then arrested in Albaninen, who chose to extradite the man to Sweden.

However, the district court was unsure whether the Albanian court knew of the suspicions of serious drug crime and abuse in court when the man was extradited to Sweden, and decided to dismiss the charge on those points.

appealed

At the same time, court proceedings are being held in parallel, where the prosecutor wants the 23-year-old to be convicted of murder instead of particularly serious abuse.

- But there is nothing to this process, says Krister Petersson.
