The paintings were created in collaboration with locals to make the Paralympics lively, and the Fugu of Yamaguchi specialty and Tsunoshima Ohashi, a tourist destination, are drawn in various colors.

Mr. Tokuhara said, "I drew Yamaguchi's famous thing. Many athletes are active in Yamaguchi Prefecture."
