Luleå bets on the Europcup and after the 19 point loss against Galatasaray in the premiere made the team clear with American star Natisha Hiedeman. Hiedeman, who played final for his Connecticut in the WNBA as late as October 10, made his debut in tonight's match against Artego Bydgoszcz. In the first half dominated by the Poles, who led 40-23, it was the American guard that stood out positively.
In the third period, a brand new Luleå came out and before the end period it only scored six points, after Ivey Slaughter also started offensively. In the end, the Poles could still hold on and win by 72-62.
Slaughter and Hiedeman were best points pickers with 15 and 13 points respectively.
