Russian planes that invaded the airspace over Dokdo three months ago entered our air defense zone, Cadiz. In order to prevent accidental clashes caused by entering Cadiz, a military commission was held today (23), which took place one day earlier. The government protested to the Russian side and demanded prevention of recurrence.

The first Russian aircraft to enter Cadiz yesterday was the A-50 Early Warning Controller, which invaded the airspace near Dokdo last July.

It disappeared after entering Cadiz twice from the northern part of Ulleungdo for 50 minutes starting at 9:23 am.

At about 10:41, two TU-95 strategic bombers entered one of Udungdo's northern Cadiz with one SU-27 fighter and flew between Ulleungdo and Dokdo.

The fighters immediately returned, but Russian bombers flew through Cadiz between Jeju Island and Ido, and flew west to Taean, South Chungcheong Province at 12:58.

Strategic bombers flew across Cadiz and surrounded the Korean Peninsula and joined two SU-27s in the northeast of Ulleungdo during their return.

Strategic bombers and fighters left Cadiz completely at about 3:01 pm.

The number of Russian military aircraft entering Cadiz is unusual, but the Russian strategic bomber flight is rare.

In addition, today's and tomorrow's Defense Ministry will hold a joint ROK-ROK Military Committee to establish a ROK Air Force Hotline.

The purpose of opening a hotline is to prevent entry into Cadiz.

The authenticity of Russia's military presence is questionable, as Russian planes entered Cadiz the day before the commission.
