He said this in response to reporters before leaving the White House, headed to Baltimore where he will give a speech to coincide with the third debate among Democratic presidential candidates. Pyongyang said he would like to resume negotiations with Washington at the end of the month. Trump and Kim have already met three times but then there was a stall in the negotiations.
