New virus confirmed in Lebanon for the first time A woman arrives from Iran February 22 7:10
The Ministry of Health of Lebanon in the Middle East has announced that it has identified the first case of a new coronavirus in the country.
It was confirmed that one woman arrived by plane from Iran and was transported to a hospital in the capital city of Beirut.
The nationality of the woman is unknown.
The Lebanese Ministry of Health says it is also examining passengers on the same plane as women.
