The most popular retail financial product is plastic cards for pensions, salaries or scholarships. According to the survey, 71% of Russians use them.

About a third of respondents have debit cards received when opening a bank account. 21% of Russians use credit cards.

More than half of the respondents (53%) use a mobile bank, and a third use an Internet bank.

The survey also showed that credit products are popular among Russians. So, 22% of respondents pay a consumer loan, a mortgage is issued at 7%, at 5% - a car loan.

To a lesser extent, Russians use savings financial products. 13% of respondents have a bank account, 12% have a fixed-term bank deposit, and 3% of respondents rent bank cells.

The survey also showed that 12% of the population currently does not use any financial services.

The survey involved 1.6 thousand Russians over 18 years of age.
