Gazprom and Naftogaz disputes regarding gas supply and transit contracts were issued in December 2017 and February 2018.

The court collected $ 4.637 billion from Gazprom for Naftogaz’s compensation for the short supply of gas for transit through Ukraine, but taking into account Naftogaz’s obligations to resolve the dispute over gas supplies, the Russian company should pay less - $ 2.56 billion.
