France's Pauline Ferrand-Prevot won Sunday's cross-country mountain biking World Cup stage in Val di Sole (Italy), her first victory on this world circuit since 2015.

The cyclist had to pull out to sprint the finish line to Swiss Jolanda Neff, who had caught her in the last laps. Ferrand-Prevot confirms its rise after its third place in the short race Friday.

The triple world champion (road 2014, cyclo-cross and mountain bike 2015) is penalized for several years by wounds, and returns after a surgery to the iliac artery in January.

His last world victory was on August 9, 2015 in Windham (USA), already in front of Jolanda Neff. On the national level, she remained sovereign and won a sixth title of champion of France on July 21st.
