His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, yesterday called UAE's first astronauts Hazza Al Mansouri and Sultan Al Neyadi to reassure them of their preparations to complete their historic journey to the International Space Station and accomplish their national mission.
During the call, His Highness wished them success in completing their trip to the International Space Station, and called on God Almighty to be successful.
"Through your historic mission to the International Space Station, our country enters an important qualitative phase in the history of its civilizational development," he said.
His Highness called on God Almighty to preserve them and return them safely Ghanmin raising the flag of their country.
His Highness pointed out that the UAE seeks to achieve qualitative achievements through the minds of its people and their competencies and in the field of space and prepare for the future, pointing out that the people of the UAE have always proved that they are responsible and trustworthy.

His Highness pointed out that the mission of the two UAE astronauts embodies the ambition of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul, the people of the Emirates and all the children of Zayed, in the arrival of UAE nationals in space, confident in their abilities and potential.
His Highness said: "You represent every Emirati and Emirati, representing all the people of the UAE, and a country where your likes are lucky, may God protect you and help you."
