The staff at Mälar Hospital sounded alarm after a man at the age of 20 entered the hospital with injuries which the staff believed could not have been explained in any other way than anyone else had caused them.
- It is about wound injuries so there should have been some sharp object that was turned around, says police spokesman Thomas Agnevik to SVT News Sörmland.
The police searched the suspected man at the age of 20 during the night and were able to arrest him, after which the prosecutor arrested him around 03.00.
The injured man is being cared for at Mälar Hospital.
