The 9th day of league 1 continues, with five meetings to follow this Saturday live in the Multiplex Europe 1, presented by Daniel Rosso. On the program, from 8 pm: Brest-Metz, Dijon-Strasbourg, Montpellier-Monaco, Nantes-Nice and Toulouse-Bordeaux.

Monaco for the three phase?

Victorious in his last two outings, (3-1 against Nice and 4-1 against Brest) Monaco will try to confirm his current good form. Leonardo Jardim's men move to Montpellier. A team always comfortable at home, as evidenced by his three wins in four receptions this season at Mosson. In case of victory, the ASM could switch to the first half of the table for the first time this season.

Top of the table duel

Team surprise this beginning of the season, Nantes continues its merry way. Currently third in the championship, the men of Christian Gourcuff do not stop surprising. Very solid at home with no goal conceded in three games, Nantes hosts Nice, sixth. Efficient attack with twelve goals scored but friable in defense with twelve goals conceded, Patrick Viera men would return equal points of their opponent in the evening in case of victory at La Beaujoire.

The derby of the Garonne

If the geographical proximity is real between Toulouse and Bordeaux, the trajectories of the two clubs are diametrically opposed in this beginning of season in spite of the three points which separate them in the classification. Toulouse have not won since late August and the reception of Amiens during the fourth day while Bordeaux has been stopped in his series of six games without defeat after his loss to PSG (0-1) last Saturday.

Battle of misclassified

Promoted in Ligue 1 this season, Brest and Metz find themselves this season among the elite after rubbing the peaks in Ligue 2 last year. A meeting between two direct competitors respectively 18 and 19 th in the standings which already looks like a match of fear. Undefeated in his stadium of Francis the Wheat, Brest will receive a team messina who will try to confirm the victory gained in Saint-Etienne (0-1) during his last trip.

Evening premiere?

Unable to win a match in four home receptions, Dijon receives Strasbourg, defeated three times in three trips. Last of the classification, Dijon must react or rather confirm his first victory of the season in Reims (1-2) last Saturday while Strasbourg, 13th would move away from the red zone in case of a positive result at the Gaston-Gérard stadium.
