He noted that if there is no other decision on parole, then the prisoners will be released in ten days.
On October 11, 2018, Pavel Mamaev, Alexander Kokorin, his brother Kirill and Alexander Protasovitsky were arrested on charges of beating the head of the department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Denis Pak, as well as the driver of TV presenter Olga Ushakova Vitaly Solovchuk.
On May 8, the Presnensky court of Moscow sentenced Kokorin to one year and six months in a penal colony, and Mamaev to one year and five months in prison.
On June 13, the Moscow City Court overturned the Presnensky court’s verdict, but a new one was passed, with the same terms of imprisonment and minor changes in terms of qualification of actions.
On June 28, the Presnensky court of Moscow sent the Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) an order to execute the sentence in respect of Kokorin and Mamaev.
July 4, it became known that the players were transferred to the colony.
Earlier it was reported that the FSIN will give a positive response to Kokorin and Mamaev for parole.
