A man between 45 and 50 years has died on Tuesday afternoon in Marbella because of injuries caused by gunshot wounds, police sources have informed Efe.
The events took place late in the afternoon in a parking lot in the Cabopino area , where two individuals, who subsequently fled in a vehicle, shot at the victim.
Police sources have indicated that there are currently no detainees.
This new murder on the Costa del Sol occurs on the same day that the Civil Guard has carried out a macro operation against drug trafficking in several locations, including Marbella. The number of detainees in the two operations against hashish traffic and money laundering carried out on Tuesday by the Civil Guard in different provinces rose to 35, according to sources of the device.
Some 400 agents have participated since this morning in the more than 34 registrations made within the Koala operation, against international hashish traffic, and Laly, against money laundering, framed in the Carteya Plan against drug trafficking.
Registries have been carried out in the towns of Algeciras, La Línea, San Roque, Chiclana and Alcalá de los Gazules, all of them in Cádiz.
Also in Estepona, Mollina, Mijas and Marbella, in Malaga; in Cambados, Villagarcía de Arosa, Ribadavia, and Sanxenxo, in Pontevedra; in Lucena (Córdoba) and in Villarobledo (Albacete).
The agents have intervened weapons, cash, vehicles and boats, as well as other effects on the tickets made.
