On Tuesday, the orienteering World Cup starts in Norwegian Östfold and the Swedish team that took home lots of medals during the last championship, the World Cup in Latvia took four medals, two of which are in relay. In both of these teams, Karolin Olsson, and Tove Alexandersson were included.

- I love to compete in teams, and I have a thing that others do not have, I have the winning skull, says Karolin Olsson with a wide smile.

Many people remember the victory interview from the last European Championship when an exuberant happy Karolin Olsson showed his feelings, with lots of swearing.

- Okay, there was a bit of swearing. But I have a winning skull and winning in that way is wonderful. These are the memories that make you able to exercise, says Karolin Olsson.

Sweden goes with a strong squad to the World Cup, not least on the women's side. Tove Alexandersson, who dominated the sport for several years, who won the World Cup and who crushed all the resistance on the O-ring this summer, is of course the big favorite to win World Cup medals for Sweden. But the Swedish relay teams, both in sprint and medium, are favorites. And in those teams Karolin Olsson will be involved.

- Tove is our role model in the group, of course. She inspires us others, she is incredibly talented and it feels good to be able to challenge her. Orientation is a complex sport, it takes time to learn to orientate at high speed, explains Karolin.

27-year-old Karolin Olsson, who lives in Stockholm and competes for the Nackaklubben Järla, works as a silversmith. A job that she thinks is good for orientation.

- It is important to be able to focus, while also finding your own expression. Unlike, among other things, Tove, who has been talented and elite since childhood, I later began my elite venture as a second-year senior. I still have some to learn.
