JR Chuo Line's high-speed operation was delayed from the first due to the influence of Typhoon No. 15, but it resumed operation at all points between Tokyo and Takao around 11:00 am.
On the other hand, JR Chuo and Sobu Line stops at each station continue to postpone driving.
