For those newly identified as national incubators and belonging to the ten industrial sectors listed in the "Top Ten Hundred Billion Industrial Promotion Plan of Jinan City", a maximum of 5 million yuan in construction funding will be granted. For the newly-created city-level and national-level public space, 50% of the actual investment amount will be given to each company with a maximum of 500,000 yuan and 1 million yuan in construction funding.

Jinan City proposed that by 2022, the number of effective high-tech enterprises in Jinan City will reach 4,400, and the city's technology service owner business revenue will reach 350 billion yuan.
