There were several secret meetings around three strong men. The very versatile Iraqi political leader Moqtada al-Sadr , the son of Ayatollah Ali al-Sisitani , the country's highest Shiite authority, and finally the Iranian general Qassem Soleimani, commander of the Islamic Republic of Iran's military operations abroad 'Iran.
