Among the victims is another patient accompanying, an ambulance driver, as well as a truck driver.
Three of them were hospitalized, while two were in serious condition.
The accident occurred at 20:45 Moscow time on 199 km of the Volga federal highway M-7.
According to the traffic police, the truck driver fell asleep at the wheel.
