“It has been previously established that the driver of the Toyota Rav 4 fell asleep while driving, as a result of which he made a roadside exit on a section of the road where asphalt paving works are being carried out and collided with a standing road roller,” the department said.
It is noted that as a result of injuries a foreign car driver and two of his passengers died on the spot, a 13-year-old girl received injuries of varying severity and was hospitalized.
The circumstances of the incident are being clarified.
