According to Izvestia, AKORT believes that an additional hour of sale will help support and promote Russian wine producers.

According to market participants, such an initiative can help to reduce surrogate consumption and the transition of Russians to "high-quality and light alcoholic beverages."

At the moment, in Russia, the sale of alcoholic beverages is allowed from 08:00 to 23:00. Subjects, in turn, can tighten the current norm.

In October, it became known that the Ministry of Agriculture and Rospotrebnadzor supported the initiative to promote Russian-made wines.
