On September 18, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Vadim Pristayko said he had agreed to Steinmeier’s formula. As the minister noted, an agreement on the formula was reached at the “meeting of advisers on September 2”.
Later it became known that Kiev at a meeting of the contact group in Minsk refused to sign the Steinmeier formula.
The representative of the self-proclaimed LPR at the talks, Vladislav Deiniy commented on the decision of Kiev.
