Inés Bayo, original singer of the Catalan band Los Fresones Rebeldes, died Friday at age 45 , according to El Periódico. At the moment the cause of death has not transcended.

Inés Bayo, born in 1973 in the Barcelona neighborhood of Les Corts, joined a punk-pop group of fleeting life while studying design. I shared a rehearsal place with the Pepito Sex trio, and that would be the germ of The Rebel Fresones. His voice was a fundamental part of the sound of the group founded in 1995.

The pop group from Barcelona in which Ines' sister, Cecilia Bayo, was also a great commercial success in the mid-90s. The two sisters left the band at the end of the decade, although Ines put her voice back for a series of later tours.
