The Union of UAE Writers and Writers will host the Libyan writer Ibrahim Al-Kouni on an evening entitled: “Desert Literature ... Identity, Vision and Foresight”, moderated by the novelist Shaker Nuri.

The evening will be held on Saturday evening in Ahmed Rashid Thani Hall at the Union headquarters on Al Qasba TV in Sharjah.

It is noteworthy that the novelist and writer Ibrahim Al-Kouni holds a master’s degree in literary and critical sciences in 1977 from the Gorky Institute of Literature in Moscow, and he has more than 83 books in novel, story, essay and literary texts, in addition to critical and linguistic studies, and he received 15 international awards for his literary production And cash.
