The National Meteorological Center (NMC) reported that the tropical cyclone Maha is currently concentrated in the eastern Arabian Sea, at 18.6 north latitude and 64.2 east longitude, with winds around 165 to 175 km / h.

The center predicted that the tropical cyclone will move north-west in the middle of the Arabian Sea and then deviate north-east Tuesday morning, noting that it may gradually weaken to the first degree, and then retreat to a tropical storm in the next 48 hours.

Regarding the expected impact on the country, the Center stated that it is in the depth of the sea disturbance, with the possibility of the tidal flooding some low-lying areas of the east coast during the high tide from Monday to Wednesday.
