A final tribute was paid this Sunday, August 4, the young Guinean, murdered in Rouen, France, July 19 last. The ceremony was held at Sonfonia Public University in Conakry, where Mamoudou Barry's body was displayed, in the presence of Guinean academics and several personalities, relatives and friends of the deceased.

The ceremony lasted nearly two hours in the auditorium of the Julien Gbéré Touré amphitheater at the Sonfonia Public University. The body, wrapped in the Guinean tricolor (red, yellow and green), made its entrance around 10:00 am, worn by its former friends of promotion of the years 2008-2010.

Many students and friends of the late Mamoudou Barry, dressed in T-shirts with the smiling portrait of the deceased, who read " MDPF [Master Private Fundamental Law]" ask for justice for Dr. Mamoudou Barry .

On a large banner, unrolled in the room with the effigy of the deceased, one could also read " the Guinean University in mourning bows to the remains of Dr. Mamoudou Barry ."

The members of the Barry family including his wife, Mrs. Barry Fatoumata Diaraye, his brothers and sisters, the friends from France as well as three ministers and the president of the Constitutional Court Mamdouba Bangoura were present to pay a last tribute to the young academic.
