According to him, this change means for Ukraine "cheap resources and potentially lower costs for servicing debts."
“The country is changing. Everything will be fine. Do not switch, ”he concluded.
Goncharuk said earlier that he intends to achieve a 40% increase in the country's gross domestic product (GDP) over the next five years.
