Barcelona goalkeeper Andre Ter Stegen was second, followed by Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson in third.
The 27-year-old has helped the Reds win the Champions League last season.

Juventus's Matthias de Licht also won the 2019 Young Player of the Year award.
De Licht, 20, won the second edition of the "Cuba Trophy" award for best young player from France Football magazine.
The winner of the first edition of the award, Kylian Mbappe, handed it to De Licht.

Borussia Dortmund's Jadon Sancho was second and Atletico Madrid's Joao Felix was third.
Megan Rapino was awarded the World Player of the Year award from France Football magazine.
The 34-year-old has helped the US win the Women's World Cup in France this year.
Lucy Bronze was second and Alex Morgan was third.
