The man, his girlfriend and her girlfriend, who are both in their teens, had decided that they would spend time in the man's apartment on August 31 this year. The girls had asked the man to buy liquor for the evening, which he did. They cooked, ate dinner and drank together. All three say in interrogation that the atmosphere was good and that the topics of discussion began to be more and more about sex. They took pictures as they danced and kissed each other. The girls drank quickly and were up for eight shots when the man only had one. After a while, her friend had to vomit.

First rape

She went into the toilet and then noticed how the 24-year-old came in to help her. At first he patted her on the back but became increasingly close and forced herself on her in the end. After the first rape, all three went to bed in the man's bed. Early in the morning, her friend woke up on the sofa as the man was over her again. He raped her a second time.

In the interrogation, the man says that he never raped her girlfriend in the toilet but that she may remember wrong because he patted her on the back. In the morning, according to him, they had six on the couch and the girlfriend was on it. However, the man admits that he bought out alcohol for the girls.

The right has chosen to go on the friend's story, among other things, because she tells "in a detailed, nuanced and coherent way". They also believe that her version of the event is being strengthened as she tells things that are bothersome to her. The friend's story also matches the girlfriend's story and the account the police brought up the report gave the day after the rape. The court also believes that her friend found herself in a particularly vulnerable situation when she was drunk and asleep when she was raped.

In addition to imprisonment and deportation, the man must pay SEK 165,000 in damages to his friend.
