The G20 ministers in charge of the health sector participated in the meeting. The third event was held in Okayama City on the 19th, and the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare from Japan participated.

During the opening session, Minister Kato greeted in English and said, “With more than half of the world not receiving basic health services, we are actively discussing issues to solve international health issues. I want to exchange ".

At this meeting, the debate and other issues associated with aging will be discussed for the first time, and efforts for dementia in Japan will be introduced.

Opinions are also expected on how to strengthen measures against infectious diseases such as Ebola hemorrhagic fever.

The ministerial meeting will be held on the 20th, and the results of the two-day discussion will be compiled as a “Ministerial Declaration”.
