In this regard, the Minister pointed out, it was agreed that during 2019 special inspections of such enterprises will not be carried out, and liability measures for such full-time employees will also not be introduced.

“And from next year this restriction will be removed. And from next year, the tax service will count if the self-employed provides services to only one enterprise, insurance premiums and, accordingly, income tax, ”he said.

As Siluanov noted, 240 thousand people are currently self-employed in Russia, 90% of whom previously worked “in the gray.”

Since 2019, in four regions of Russia (Moscow, Moscow Region, Kaluga Region and Tatarstan), a self-employed tax has been applied in an experimental format.

Earlier, the speaker of the Federation Council, Valentina Matvienko, advocated distributing the corresponding tax to all of Russia.

As Siluanov emphasized, it is necessary to determine the list of professions where you can use the tax regime for the self-employed.
