As SVT Sport announced last week, police have allowed AIK to have a record low (2,750 instead of 4,000) in Thursday's return game against FC Sheriff in the Europa League qualifier.

The reason, according to the police, is that people must have been on the stairs, which can block escape routes.

"Hard to see consistent line"

AIK already expressed their dissatisfaction, and now they have decided how to mark.

"Since we have a hard time seeing any consistent line in the draws, we want to mark this by Thursday's match in the Uefa Europa League against Sheriff by closing Northern stand and instead refer our audience to buy tickets to other sections at Friends Arena," writes they on their website, adding:

"In order to meet the demand that is expected, we will also open parts of stand 2 for sale."

AIK won the away game by 2-1.
