The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) has launched an innovative Sanad initiative, which aims to provide family counseling to its employees, through family counselors in the Family Guidance Section of the Department of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs and Head of the Judicial Department, Deputy Director of the Department, Advisor Yusuf Saeed Al-Abri, said that the initiative comes out of the department's interest in its employees. All plans and initiatives are in line with the vision of leadership to achieve happiness and positivity, which is reflected on members of the community.
He pointed out that the development steps taken by the Department through the adoption of many initiatives and projects aimed at providing a supportive work environment for the affiliates, and its role in providing the best services to the customer audience, the human being attaches great importance, as a key element in the process of development and modernization, to continue the march of prosperity and development on the territory of the State UAE.
