“The Salzburg Prosecutor’s Office filed an indictment against the 71-year-old retired Austrian Armed Forces Colonel as a jury in the Salzburg Land Court,” the prosecutor’s office reported to RIA Novosti.
As reported, the Austrian Ministry of Defense suspects the disclosure of state secrets of a retired officer.
Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurtz said the former Austrian colonel is suspected of "working for the Russian intelligence service for many years."
