Today, "Echoes of Hope" initiative launched by Abu Dhabi Ports in cooperation with the Federal Land and Maritime Transport Authority, with the participation of all ports in the United Arab Emirates. And within the framework of this initiative, which is the first of its kind in the world.
Commercial ships and marine locomotives within the state’s ports launch their horns daily at 6:30 pm in a sign that symbolizes the support and salutations of workers in the marine services sector and the health care sector and all individuals working in vital locations and front lines to address the repercussions of the outbreak of the new Corona epidemic (Covid-19 ).
The initiative aims to ensure that all operating bodies within the marine sector stand behind the teams that make great efforts to combat the spread of the epidemic and its repercussions.
