Dubai Sports Council (DCC) will host the iSport Connect Dubai Summit at the Atrium Hall in Dubai's Design District 6 today, which will include top executives from the world of sports and entertainment, including Brett Gosper, CEO of the International Rugby Federation.

The event is organized by iSport Connect, the world's largest network of private sports executives worldwide, and is held annually in major cities such as Lausanne, Beijing, Singapore, Madrid, New York, Paris and London, hosted by Dubai. For the first time in 2017.

Speakers at the summit will review many future opportunities related to the sports sector, and a variety of issues affecting the region's sports industry will be discussed.Participation will be restricted to executives and sports brand owners.The Summit will follow the rules of confidentiality in all panel discussions.

Speakers this year include Brett Gosper, CEO of the International Rugby Federation, Christian Falk, Director of Football and Gaming at FIFA, and LaCrosse League Commissioner Alexander Brown, Executive Director of the World Cricket Council Manu Sawhney, and Marketing Manager, Twitter »Middle East Kinda Ibrahim, Xtreme e-Marketing Director Ali Russell, and Julia Ferry's Monaco Marketing and Trade Officer.

The 150-member summit is free for iSport Connect members from governing bodies, sports teams, brands and broadcasters.
