First, the Swedish Football Association was notified for gender discrimination due to unequal remuneration to women's and men's players at national team level.

Since then, the Ice Hockey Federation was notified for the same reason. But DO has chosen not to initiate a review of the notification, which means that they will not investigate the matter further.

- This is not something we justify when we do not initiate an audit, explains DO's press officer Clas Lundstedt.

The DO report, which hockey pioneer Pia Sterner was behind, was something of a starting point for the big and infected protest against the Ice Hockey Association that the Women's Crown is currently in.

However, the DO complaint against the Swedish Football Association is still relevant. There, Svff has until September 6, February, to submit documents to DO for further examination.

Today, representatives of the Women's Crowns and the Ice Hockey Association met for the first time since the boycott of players. Both parties were satisfied with the meeting and a new meeting is scheduled for next week.
