Kevin Mayer faces the javelin thrower, a dreamy women's 200m and a super-fast men's 1,500m time to spice up Monaco's prestigious Diamond League meeting on Friday.

The French world record holder of the decathlon Kevin Mayer has the habit of "pecking" at the specialists of each discipline (the record with Melina Robert-Michon, the hurdles against Pascal Martinot-Lagarde and Wilhem Belocian in training in the spring ).
